We collect personal data from you through the 'Contact' form on our website at genx.network, through our 'Send' form for our newsletter or directly from you. We may occasionally use third party services to verify details of you and your organisation so that we may provide the best possible service. Third parties include but are not limited to LinkedIn and Companies House.

The main reasons for using your personal data are to ensure that the contractual arrangements between us can properly be implemented so that the relationship can run smoothly, and to comply with legal requirements.

How do we safeguard your personal data?

We have put in place reasonable commercial standards of technology and operational security to protect all information provided by you from unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.

How long do we keep your personal data for?

If we have not had any contact with you or the company you are working for or with for a period of two years, we will delete your personal data from our systems unless we believe in good faith that the law or other regulation requires us to preserve it.
